As a Attendant, your role is to provide remote assistance and support to customers who are playing on the virtual slot machines at the iSlot machine studio. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless and enjoyable gaming experience for customers through virtual platforms. You will assist with customer inquiries, guide them through virtual gaming processes, and address any technical or gameplay-related issues. Responsibilities:
Virtual Customer Assistance:
Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers through virtual communication channels, such as live chat or video calls.
Answer customer inquiries about virtual slot machines, game rules, and platform navigation.
Guide customers through the process of accessing virtual slot machines, making bets, and redeeming credits.
Technical Support:
Troubleshoot technical issues that customers may encounter while using virtual gaming platforms.

Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Game Education and Guidance:

Qualifications:
