RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistently deliver customer service in accordance with our customer service standards
  • Respond to face and telephone enquiries of a routine nature from members of the public, patients, their representatives and a wide range of staff groups.
  • Maintaining reasonable dispensary stock levels display
  • Order items (consumables) within and outside department
  • Receiving of stocks, load and unload incoming goods from manufacturers, wholesalers and elsewhere
  • Promoting and selling over the counter (OTC) medicines / products
  • Assisting to inquiry of the products sold in the outlet (OTC) including stocks availability and supply of medicines, general product information by the customer.
  • To provide highest quality of Customer Service to all PMG Customers. Building relationship with the customers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM1,600.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
