Job brief

We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or Equivalent.
  • At least 5 years(s) of working experience in related field is required for this position.
  • With Company Background in Retail is an advantage
  • Proficiency on various computer software programs (MS Office, Human Resource Management Software, ERP)

Responsibilities

  • Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human-resources policies and procedures
  • Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness
  • Manage all core HR departmental areas, including payroll, employee relations, HR admin, learning and development, internal recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining and improving HR systems.
  • Make sure that company values and approach are utilised to strengthen the organisational culture.
  • A confident leader with experience in leading a team
  • The capacity to make quick but rational decisions. The ability to think innovatively and rationally about decisions and come up with creative solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary

  • Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
