Key responsibilities:
As an Account Executive, you will be supporting a portfolio of clients and enable them to make data driven decisions. You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in data an develop your account management skills whilst being coached and supported by a collaborative and experienced team. Please note this is a 6 month fixed term contract.
Your day to day responsibility will involve:
- Liaise directly with the client, managing day to day queries
- Effectively manage databases and reports in line with client requirements with a focus on accuracy
- Work with Account Director to develop and execute client plans focusing on growth and value add
- Manage client renewals and look for opportunities to upsell Circana services
- Work with internal departments and client to manage change request and resolutions within a timely manner
We’re looking for:
- Tertiary qualification in business, marketing or similar field
- A current drivers licence
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (including excel and powerpoint)
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Natural ability to be curious and problem solve
